Jim Forrester - Co-Owner/Operator

Jim is the founding member of Forrester Developer, LLC.  His background is in construction management.  He has twenty-one years of experience in construction as well as a building science degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL.  He completed his degree in the spring of 1993.  Jim is inspired by construction design and getting a project off the ground.  Jim is a private pilot and enjoys flying, deep sea fishing, and spending time with his little girl, Claire.  Jim and his family live in Wetumpka, Alabama.

Beth Forrester - Co-Owner/Office Manager

Beth runs the day to day activities of the office.  She has an industrial engineering degree from Auburn University and a masters in business administration from AUM.  Beth is also a licensed realtor.  She enjoys oil and watercolor painting, fine cooking, time at the beach, and time with friends. 

Nic Labriola - Senior Project Manager

Nic is the  superintendent and project manager.  He has 11 years of construction experience.  He joined Forrester Developer in 1999 after attending Troy University.  As the first and last person that leaves the jobsite everyday, Nic works diligently to provide customer satisfaction.  Nic has recently been married and he and his wife have purchased a new home in Wetumpka.  He spends his extra time hunting and traveling.

Gil Howard - Senior Estimator/Project Manager

Gil comes to Forrester Developer from Auburn University.  He started as an intern while studying building science.  Gil is married to Adrienne and they reside in Prattville.  He is an outside person enjoying canoeing and paintball.

Tiana works in the office part time.  She handles the administrative work and provides assistance and support to clients, vendors, and staff.  She is a student at Faulkner University, majoring in Business Management.  She is a member of Delta Xi Omega.  She is from Tallassee, Alabama and enjoys eating, sleeping, and shopping.
